    SUMMARY We are actively seeking a seasoned Trial Attorney with over 10 years of experience and a proven track record of multiple jury verdicts. The ideal candidate will have acted as the first chair in at least 5 trials and will bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and dedication to our firm. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assume primary responsibility as the first chair in major trial efforts, leading the litigation team. Develop and refine trial strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients. Conduct complex legal research projects, ensuring our cases are built on a solid foundation. Provide expertise in Arbitration, Coordinated Proceedings, and Multi-District Litigation. Interface directly with specialized outside counsel, representing the firm and its clients in high-stakes negotiations and discussions. Draft, review, and refine intricate legal documents, including moving papers and oppositions involving novel and complex issues. Represent the firm in hearings, presenting motions and oppositions with precision and confidence. Conduct in-depth depositions of key witnesses, including PMK witnesses, apex employees, and various experts. Continuously seek out and recommend improvements in client communication and case management. Collaborate with colleagues to formulate policies, streamline processes, and develop innovative improvements. Address and resolve intricate legal issues, ensuring client satisfaction and optimal outcomes. Oversee timely reporting, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and adherence to deadlines. Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as directed by the Managing Partner or Partner. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Over 10 years of proven experience as an Attorney, with a track record of multiple jury verdicts. J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar. Demonstrated expertise in client communication and relationship management. Proficiency in MS Office, attorney timekeeping programs, and client file management systems. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and leadership capabilities. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. Familiarity with standard office equipment.
