Responsibilities
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs: Example: Lead community outreach/ events, preplanning seminars at churches, non-profits, unionsHold daily meetings with sales advisors to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are being metMeet personal sales performance requirements monthly. This is a selling position.Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programsEnsure that all staff are trained on products and services, and understand what inventory and spaces are availableResolve customer complaints regarding sales and serviceProvide support to the sales team to help grow the success of the advisors and the companyObserve and ride along with sales advisors prospecting and sales activitiesCertify advisors in the perfection of presentationsEnsure daily prospecting occurs so that advisor’s pre-need sales presentations and sales results are meeting company minimum standardsKeep thorough records of leads, referrals, closing ratios, and after-service follow-up resultsRequirements
Ability to self-generate prospects and teach others to do the sameMust be proficient using computers and computer applicationsExperience using a CRM to track and follow up on prospects/leadsTwo years sales experience is preferredOne year leadership or management experience preferredHigh integrity, empathy, and a passion for helping othersA strong desire to assist families while earning a competitive incomeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBilingual PreferredValid driver's license with a clean driving record (included in background)Pre-employment background checkBilingual in Spanish (Preferred)Benefits Include
