Duties1. Implementing the CurriculumAssess Needs: Conduct individual assessments for each child to understand their developmental stage, learning style, and any special needs.Tailor Activities: Customize the Northstar curriculum activities to cater to these individual needs, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.Ongoing Evaluation: Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum for each child and make necessary adjustments.Professional Development: Ensure staff are trained and continually updated on the curriculum and best practices for early childhood education.2. Creating a Safe, Nurturing EnvironmentSafety Protocols: Establish and enforce strict safety guidelines and procedures, including emergency drills and secure entry/exit points.Positive Environment: Foster a nurturing atmosphere by encouraging positive interactions, providing emotional support, and promoting social skills.Health and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure all health and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.Resource Availability: Ensure that learning materials and equipment are age-appropriate, safe, and accessible.3.
