We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to design, build, secure, and optimize our network infrastructure—playing a key role in keeping our Credit Union operating seamlessly.
???? What You’ll Be Doing
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage and support network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, switches, and security systems
• Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with efficiency and foresight
• Contribute to technical projects and drive successful implementation of infrastructure improvements
• Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance
• Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and system integrity
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technology solutions
• Respond to urgent IT incidents when needed
????️ What You Bring to the Table
• 7–10 years of experience in network and systems administration
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Strong expertise in networking, operating systems, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure technologies
• Experience executing technical projects and delivering reliable solutions
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment, including escalation awareness
Bonus: Experience with financial industry regulations is highly desirable.

Sr. Network Administrator - $89,000 to $125,000 Annually

Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability reviewsEnsure compliance with financial industry regulations and standards including GLBA, FFIEC, PCI, and NCUA requirementsPartner with auditors, regulators, compliance teams, and senior leadership during examinations and assessmentsSupport Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives and reportingIncident Response & Security Operations
Lead incident response planning, testing, investigations, remediation, and post-incident reviewsMonitor and analyze enterprise security tools including firewalls, SIEM platforms, endpoint protection, and logging systemsOversee security event monitoring, threat detection, and escalation processesSupport business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery preparednessCollaboration & Operational Excellence
