    Join our dynamic team at Northridge Dental Clinic as a Dental Receptionist! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations within our clinic.

    Responsibilities:
    Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently.Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services.Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.Process billing and insurance claims with attention to detail.Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow.Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.Assist with other administrative tasks as required.Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in dental administration preferred.3 years Previous experience in a dental setting is required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.Knowledge of insurance policies and billing procedures is advantageous.About Us:
