The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, hydraulics, and industrial maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and support.
Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and hydraulic systems in farming and construction equipment.Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters, ammeters, and voltmeters to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.Document all service activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking purposes.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.Adhere to safety protocols while working with high voltage equipment.Provide training and support to clients on proper equipment operation and maintenance.Qualifications

Independently performs complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned equipment such as John Deere, Caterpillar, New Holland, Case IH, Bobcat farm and construction equipment.

Responsibilities:
o Represents the company for the sale of machinery to walk-in customers
o Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership, with an emphasis on <90hp tractors, implements & attachments as well as Turf products
