Job Responsibilities & Requirements
The Community Banking Officer will oversee branch operations, business development, and assist in advancing the branch team.This individual will be responsible for leading customer service standards and the NSB sales culture of the branch to achieve deposit and loan goals.We are looking for an individual who is able to build customer and employee relationships and is active in the community. Candidates must possess excellent leadership, communication, and networking skills.Three to five years of branch supervisory experience, a bachelor's degree, or significant general banking experience is required.Opportunity for Growth
