All people are welcome Employment Type Independent ContractorFlexible, Part-Time ScheduleHybrid Position DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing and addressing the needs of children in underserved communities. Your expertise will directly impact the lives of children and their families.The LICENSED BEHAVIORAL Analyst ABA (LBA-ABA) or BCBA provides mental health services to children/adolescents with Autism and/or other serious mental health disturbances in the home, school, or community, to sustain placement in the natural environment. The BCBA will collaborate with other IBHS team members (i.e., BHT, MT, other clinical and administrative staff), as well as parents and teachers in the childs community context. The LBA formulates individualized treatment plans, including a variety of individualized behavioral interventions, to address the areas of need identified in clients bio-psycho-social evaluations. The LBA provides consultation to BHT, MT, and other involved adults in the planning, design, and implementation of the treatment plan. Clinicians will have a rotating case load consisting of cases that need immediate attention and support as well as new cases in programs. Clinical Programming The LBA will work in collaboration with other providers to develop and implement a behavioral modification plan utilizing strengths-based and empathic methods such as Applied Behavior AnalysisLBA will implement empirically supported treatments for children with autism spectrum disorderLBA will be involved in providing ongoing feedback and data regarding the continued need for such services, as a least restrictive level of care.Services are provided in schools, home, and other community settings Supervision & Training Opportunity to coach and mentor staff through weekly supervision and observation to assigned BHT on caseOpportunity to provide BCBA supervision to other cliniciansOpportunity to receive supervision from a BCBA as required by case loadOpportunity for ongoing training in ABAAccess to BCBA approved CEUs Minimum Qualification: Experience and training working with children with Autism and their familiesLicensed Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, LBS, CRNP or a professional whose scope of practice includes ABA)BCBA (preferred)Masters Degree from an accredited university in an appropriate clinical mental health disciplinePreferred experience in Verbal Behavior Techniques, PRT and DTTPreferred experience and training in Functional Behavioral Assessment and VB-MAPPAdult and Pediatric CPR Certification Required
