What You'll Do:
Assist customers with a wide variety of DMV-related services, including vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, plates, and more
Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in compliance with PennDOT regulations
Communicate clearly and kindly with customers both in person and over the phone
Maintain organized records and files in accordance with company and state guidelines
Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer payments
Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced office environment, where multitasking is a must
Training & Growth Opportunities:
Cross-training available across four divisions: Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance, and Pack & Send
Opportunity to obtain your insurance license if youre interested in exploring a sales or customer advisor path
Notary Public certification is required within the first 90 days (well help you get certified if youre already a Notary, even better!)

Who You Are:

Comfortable working with computers and handling paperwork

Preferred (but not required):
Prior experience in a customer service, dealership, notary, or DMV-related role
Notary Public certification
Bilingual or multilingual
Minimum Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience
Valid drivers license
Must be able to pass a background check
Ability to obtain Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire
