Compensation: $230/hour plusproductivity and quality bonusesAnnual Bonus: Up to $40,000Night Shift Differential:Additional $325 per shiftFull-time: 15 shifts permonthPrimarily 8.5-hour shiftsFlexible, physician-drivenscheduling
Emergency Department:
Approximately 60,000 annualvisits84 physician coverage hoursand 36 APP coverage hours dailyTwo physicians on overnightcoverage from 1:00 AM–7:00 AMStrong specialty supportincluding Surgery, Anesthesia, Obstetrics, Neonatology, 24-hour Cardiac CathLab, and dedicated Hospitalist services
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, andtreat a broad range of emergency conditions.Perform emergency proceduresas needed.Collaborate with physicians,APPs, nursing, and specialists to provide exceptional patient care.Maintain accurate EMRdocumentation.
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or BoardCertified in Emergency Medicine.Eligible for Massachusettsmedical licensure.Current BLS and ACLScertifications.ATLS required untilEmergency Medicine board certification is obtained.
