We are seeking an experienced Lounge Supervisor to oversee nightly operations, support our staff performance, and manage customer relations. The ideal candidate will need to show strong leadership skills and focus on the following responsibilities:
Supervise all servers and staff to ensure that their performance is up to the business standards.Maintain nightly lounge operations to ensure smooth and efficient serviceAddress customer concerns and customer related mattersHelp promote bottle service sales while maintaining customer relationsMaintain the nightly business flow to maximize sales and customer serviceAbility to work in a fast pace environmentAbility to provide assistance in any part of the nightly business flowAria Hookah & Bar is a night time lounge providing hookah and drinks. This is a night time position and seeking a supervisor to work 6 days a week from 9pm to 2am (or close earlier depending on the night)

Making the hookahs per the customers needs according to flavors and brandCleaning and maintaining the hookahs and hookah station up to company policy/standardsEnsuring that the hookah burners have enough coals burning at all times Setting the hookahs up for the servers to run out to the customersRunning and setting up the hookahs for customersBussing tables and returning hookahs to the hookah station to be cleanedYou must be able to multi-task and be able to work under high volume of customer requests.
This is a night time position only.
