We operate modern equipment and focus on driver comfort, safety, and long-term stability rather than short-term freight changes.
Pay & Compensation:$0.70CPM starting pay.Performance-based bonuses.DOT inspection bonus program available.Weekly direct deposit pay.Consistent earning potential with 3,000+ miles weekly.
Equipment & Freight:2022 & 2023 Freightliner Cascadia and International trucks.Well-maintained, road-ready fleet.No-touch dry van freight only.Light to moderate loads for easier operations.
Schedule & Home Time:3 weeks OTR on the road.1 week home time.Planned scheduling to support work-life balance.Dedicated dispatch support during trips.
Requirements:Valid CDL Class A license.OTR driving experience preferred (but not required for all candidates).Clean driving record.Responsible, punctual, and safety-oriented mindset.Ability to operate long-haul routes across multiple states.
