You'll help customers protect what matters most by matching them with the best coverage for their auto, renters, motorcycle, boat, and more- all backed by one of the most trusted names in insurance.

What You'll Do:
Engage with potential and existing customers through inbound and outbound call, emails, and in personListen to customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutionsProvide quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales with confidenceFollow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationshipsWork with our GEICO systems to efficiently manage your daily workflowCross sell existing customers with our other product linesMaintain CE and participate in ongoing education
What We're Looking For:
Personal Lines licensed agent (or willingness to obtain)Someone with a valid drivers license and a source of reliable transportationPrevious sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)Driven, coachable, and people oriented individualsExcellent communication and problem solving skillsProficient in Microsoft office products
