    Description

    The Sales Associate is accountable for sales of Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plans. They will build and maintain relationships to increase enrollment and provide an optimal member experience along the way. The Sales Associate will specialize in Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan sales and become an ally to Medicare beneficiaries. They will identify prospective Medicare-eligible members, conduct formal and informational seminars, explain the features and benefits of Golden Heritage Insurance and enroll prospects into a suitable Medicare Advantage Plan.

    Essential Job Functions:

    Drive sales of Medicare Advantage and PDP plans and meet sales goals and metricsPerform detailed Medicare needs analysis with seniors, including educating them about Medicare, identifying election periods for Medicare, Medicare services, and assisting them through enrolling in (Golden Heritage) suitable Medicare Advantage planDeliver presentations and attend community events to promote Golden Heritage Insurance Agency (GHIA) in assigned territoriesWork together with the Director of Sales to identify synergies, pricing, product, and service strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize team performance, enhance processes, and understand enterprise capabilities for improvement to drive business salesMaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales results and ensure satisfaction with our existing solutionsEngage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and identify areas of improvementBuild and maintain relationships throughout the assigned territory in order to promote the contracted Medicare Advantage plansStay up to date on changes in Medicare regulations and industry trends to stay well-informed and equipped to provide accurate information to customersEnsure sales activities are in compliance with CMS guidelines and standardsPerforms other job duties as required by manager/supervisorQualifications

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferredCA Insurance License required or obtain a license within 30 days of hireValid CA driver licenseMinimum of 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industryMedicare product sales experience highly preferredIn-depth knowledge of Medicare market, including regulations, plan options, and sales processes, competitive landscape, and market trendsResults-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targetsDemonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving growth in a competitive marketAbility and willingness to travel as needed to support sales activitiesAbility to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally, as well as in-person and virtuallyExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong presentation skills with the ability to present for an extended period of time

    The Driver I will transport and/or escort NEMS patients, including participants of PACE and other programs, authorized guests, and deliver interoffice mail (both small and large packages), laboratory specimens, and miscellaneous items between NEMS clinics and associated locations.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    Safely and efficiently transport patients, documents, laboratory specimens, supplies, equipment, and other items to NEMS clinics, various locations, and participants' homes or community locations as requested by the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), while adhering to scheduled routes and times corresponding to patients' appointments. Follow proper loading and unloading procedures to ensure the security and integrity of interoffice deliveries, including safeguarding badges, keys, and sensitive documents. Transport patients to and from physicians and other medical appointments as requested by IDT and in compliance with CA Department of Motor Vehicles, California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services regulations. Safely assist participants in boarding and disembarking NEMS vehicles according to the IDT's Care Plan and ensure their safety using safety belts, wheelchair tie-downs, and other equipment. Transport supplies and equipment to and from participants' homes or other community locations as requested by the IDT. Observe and promptly report any safety or behavioral issues, assistance needs, or other factors affecting the quality, timeliness, and safety of passenger transport and material deliveries to the IDT. Maintain the vehicle's First Aid Kit and Fire Extinguisher by replenishing supplies as used or replacing them before they expire. Ensure NEMS vehicles are in good mechanical condition with clean and presentable interiors and exteriors. Recognize and address vehicle malfunctions and safety risks, replenish fuel and other fluids as needed, and immediately report any vehicle problems, malfunctions, incidents, violations, collisions, or at-risk situations to the Supervisor. Establish positive rapport with patients, their families, caregivers, and all members of the NEMS care team, including Transportation and network providers. Utilize Epic efficiently and serve as a content and workflow expert for resolving issues and proposing solutions. Stay current with employment and job requirements by maintaining up-to-date, unexpired driver credentials, including external and State licensure. Maintain accurate daily records, vehicle maintenance logs, inspection reports, route details, and fuel records, and support vehicle maintenance appointments. Participate in planning and revising daily transportation routes for improved NEMS Transportation efficiency as needed. Participates as a member of the IDT, when indicated. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required or minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience can be substituted. Valid CA driver's license with a clean record (no violations within the last 5 years) Must pass 10-panel drug screening, blood alcohol and DOT physical tests upon hiring. Documentations of Basic Life Support and First Aid (from accredited organizations) are required within 90 days of hire. Must be able to operate mid to large size vehicle and possess general automobile mechanism knowledge Must be able to work -Monday through Friday rotational Saturday's flexible schedule Must be able to follow written and verbal directions. Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and patients/participants provide excellent customer service. Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team to network with other drivers and NEMS staff. Knowledge of body mechanics for assisting patients or persons with mobility limitations preferred. Knowledge of working with special-needs populations, including individuals with Dementia preferred.     SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    The Registered Dental Assistant will provide chair side assistance to the dentist; perform related duties, and assists with clerical work as needed.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    Perform duties according to the Dental Practice Act.Prepare operatories and equipment for patient treatment.Refer clients to supervisor in situations that cannot be handled.Assist with front duties including appointment scheduling, Superbill entry, typing, etc.Provides chair side assistance to the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques.Takes dental radiographs.Maintains dental operatories, dental laboratory, dental equipment and sterilization area in proper working order.Carries out limited dental laboratory procedures such as pouring models of impressions.Assist in topical fluoride administration.Ensure that the patient's record, Superbills and all relevant paperwork are completed and routed to the front desk.Ensure that proper arrangement is made for the patient's followup care.Follow NEMS Infection Control protocol, Medical Waste Disposal Protocol and Hazard Communication protocol.Proactively inform the Dental Clinic Coordinator of any supplies that need to be replenished, so a consistent level of supplies is maintained at all times.Provide dental health education, including oral hygiene instruction and dietary advice, to patients and to target groups of out reach program.Keep track of DentiCal or insurance authorization and schedule appointment accordingly.Handle dental records, filing appropriate information in dental charts, file X rays.Handle medical records, requesting charts from Medical Department as needed.Obtain and update necessary information from clients. For example, DentiCal, private insurance coverage, current address and telephone number, etc.Adhere to all Federal and Government regulations including the Dental Board of California rules & regulation, HIPAA & OSHA regulations.Assist the department to develop and implement policies, protocol and procedures which are in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.Performs other job duties as required by manager/supervisor.QualificationsCompletion of a qualified dental assistant training program or evidence of completion of satisfactory work experience of at least 15 months as a dental assistant in CA or another state.Current License to work as a Registered Dental Assistant in the State of California.License in California to take dental radiographs.Knowledge of cleaning and sterilizing procedures for dental instruments and equipment.Current documentation of Basic Life Support required.
