The Maintenance Mechanic will help ensure that all equipment is functioning at optimal so there is no downtime while production is running. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Perform all work in a safe manner following company policies and OSHA regulations.Perform Preventative Maintenance in accordance with Preventative Maintenance ProceduresTroubleshoot machinery, determine and implement corrective actionsOrder parts as needed in accordance with company policyRemove, modify and replacement of machine components as neededPerform welding (includes ARC, MIG)Torch cuttingKnowledge in metal fabricationFamiliar with pipe fittingsAble to learn to operate all machinesKnowledge of electrical functions and able to apply to assignmentsExperience with PLC's and drives. Be able to program, change outputs/inputs, modify programs and use lap top to troubleshoot equipmentAble to work with or without schematicsMust work with and train new maintenance mechanicsWorking knowledge of hydraulics and pneumaticsAble to work Day or Afternoon shift, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed with short noticeAble to work with little supervisionMust work with and train new maintenance mechanicsWorking knowledge of hydraulics and pneumaticsAble to work Day or Afternoon Shift, weekends, and overtime as needed with short noticeOther Duties - include but are not limited to the following:

Your day to day as aN Industrial Electrical MechanicAs a Full-Time Industrial Electrical Mechanic at North Coast Container, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing excellence, taking on an exciting hands-on role.
