Essential Job Duties The Senior Project Manager is a strategic leader responsible for directing the University's capital construction portfolio from inception to completion. This role oversees projects ranging from $100,000 to over $200 million, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with federal, state, and local building codes. As a senior-level leader, the Senior Project Manager manages high-stakes design and construction contracts, provides mentorship to junior project management staff, and drives operational excellence across the Facilities Division. This position will perform a variety of specialized tasks to support the operations of our Central Utility Plants. These tasks involve testing, renovating, overhauling, replacing, and performing preventive maintenance on standard electrical systems, including electrical distribution panels, motors, soft starters, variable frequency drives, UPS, and emergency lighting systems across our five utility plants located on the Main campus, Centennial Campus, and Centennial Biomedical Campus.
