About The Role: As a Norstella RWD Engagement Manager, you will own the end-to-end success of client engagements, ensuring reliable delivery, operational efficiency, and strong client outcomes across Norstella's Real-World Data solutions. This role is centered on technical RWD knowledge, execution excellence, client relationship management, and cross-functional coordination, rather than traditional consulting or advisory work. You will act as the primary client success owner for assigned engagements-overseeing timelines, deliverables, communications, and internal alignment to ensure clients realize sustained value from Norstella's RWD offerings.
