Job Summary
The Safety Administrator provides administrative, logistical, and compliance support to the companys Safety Department. This position assists in maintaining safety records, tracking training compliance, processing incident reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the timely completion of safety documentation for both service-based and construction operations. This role serves as a vital link between field safety personnel, operations management, and corporate compliance, ensuring all safety programs are implemented efficiently and accurately.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Compliance & Reporting:
Maintain contractor compliance portals such as ISNetworld, Avetta, or Veriforce, ensuring up-to-date documentation and scoring.
Track compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, DOT, and company safety requirements.
Prepare safety metrics, dashboards, and monthly reports for management review.
Support incident investigation documentation and assist with submission of OSHA 300 logs, Cal/OSHA 301 forms, and Near-Miss reports.
Complete Safety pre-qualification packages for Service Division Operations.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update all safety-related databases, including training records, incident logs, inspections, and corrective actions.
Assist in preparing, distributing, and tracking Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Tailgate Meeting forms, and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
Organize and maintain digital and paper files for safety documentation, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
Support the onboarding process by assigning the safety onboard training requirements for all new hires.
Coordinate with Safety Representatives and division management on scheduling for safety training, certifications, and renewals.
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between field staff, project management, and the corporate safety team for documentation requests.
Distribute safety alerts, training updates, and weekly toolbox topics to supervisors and field leads.
Coordinate and record minutes for Safety Committee Meetings.
Assist with coordination of safety audits and inspections; track and follow up on corrective actions.
Systems & Tools:
Input and maintain data within safety management systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, or safety-specific software).
Utilize digital forms, apps, or mobile reporting tools used by field staff.
Support integration of fleet and equipment safety tracking where applicable.

Qualification Requirements
Experience:
2+ years of administrative or office support experience (safety, HR, or construction environment preferred).Experience in researching and implementing compliance programs.Experience in construction, utilities, or industrial environments.Experience with safety compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, etc.). Job Summary
The Project Manager will work with the Division Manager and Superintendents to plan, direct, and coordinate activities associated with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Assist in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. You will need to be highly organized and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Project Planning and Monitoring
