We are looking for someone with strong operational discipline, excellent analytical capability, and hands-on expertise managing Active Directory and Entra ID. The Core Infra IAM Operations function is responsible for operating and maintaining all aspects of core infrastructure components relating to Identity and Access Management. A flexible work ethic is required with the ability to form part of a multi-platform global function Key Responsibilities * Provide technical operational support for Active Directory service * Provide technical operational support for Entra ID Services. * Work with engineering to support the delivery of new services and platform improvements to existing platforms to enhance resilience, automation, and operational efficiency. * In an L3 capacity, operate, maintain and resolve operational issues with Nomura's Active Directory and Entra ID Services through a follow-the-sun model. * Support day-to-day operational ceremonies required for Directory Services, such as managing incidents monitoring data feed and replication, fixing incorrect data, handling user enquiry, conducting DR test etc. * Support teams deploying robust and secure Directory platforms and enhance / upgrade in-line with solutions developed by engineering. * Maintain high-quality operational documentation, runbooks, and incident response procedures. * Support internal and external audits.
