The Core Infra IAM Operations function is responsible for operating and maintaining all aspects of core infrastructure components relating to Identity and Access Management. A flexible work ethic is required with the ability to form part of a multi-platform global function Key Responsibilities * Provide technical operational support for Active Directory service * Provide technical operational support for Entra ID Services. * Work with engineering to support the delivery of new services and platform improvements to existing platforms to enhance resilience, automation, and operational efficiency. * In an L3 capacity, operate, maintain and resolve operational issues with Nomura's Active Directory and Entra ID Services through a follow-the-sun model. * Support day-to-day operational ceremonies required for Directory Services, such as managing incidents monitoring data feed and replication, fixing incorrect data, handling user enquiry, conducting DR test etc. * Support teams deploying robust and secure Directory platforms and enhance / upgrade in-line with solutions developed by engineering. * Maintain high-quality operational documentation, runbooks, and incident response procedures. * Support internal and external audits.
