Qualifications
State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Endoscopy in last 3 years.Skills Assessment ENO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of this Facility in the past 6 months.Additional Confirmations 1:1 patient ratio experience is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with Circulate, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Monitoring Conscious Sedation, and Starting and maintaining IVs is required.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.Travel Contract Must travel at least 60.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
