Requirements:
At least 1 year Experience Working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities. (Special Needs Adults) (Can be with family member or family friend who is an adult with a developmental disability)Current and Valid Driver's LicenseMust be able to provide 2 professional references (No Friends and Family) (Will consider references from in-home care).Must Pass Background CheckMust Pass Central Registry CheckMust Pass Cari CheckMust Pass Drug TestCPR & Frist Aid Certification will be required.Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.Provide transportation to medical appointments and other activities.Maintain accurate records of services provided.Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals.Assist with the development of independent living skills.Monitor individuals' health and safety.Provide crisis intervention when needed.Other duties as assigned.
