    Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients.     Responsibilities Provide necessary medical care, monitoring of care, follow through of care, medication education and other related areas.Encourage the normalization and independence of individuals served.Provide training and assistance to individuals served and staff on medial education and other related areas.Act as a liaison to outside medical providers to ensure coordination of care for the individuals served.Assist in the administration of medications and required documentation for the individuals served. Maintain accurate written records in connection with medical, dental, and other related matters for the individuals served.Intervene when needed in emergencies with regard to the individuals served.Attend interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetingsExperience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

    Location: Ewing, NJ
    Schedule: On-site 5 hours per week | Remote monitoring available

    Position Summary:
    The BCBA will provide behavioral services for four individuals residing in the group home, conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), and providing staff training to ensure consistent and effective implementation. This position requires approximately 5 hours per week on-site with additional virtual participation in ISP meetings as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:


    Conduct pre-behavior assessments and functional behavior analyses (FBAs).

    Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).

    Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure fidelity to behavioral interventions.

    Monitor data collection, evaluate behavioral outcomes, and make necessary plan adjustments.

    Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including attending ISP meetings virtually.

    Maintain compliance with all DDD, state, and ethical standards for behavioral practice.

    Qualifications:


    Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to team support.Schedule & Compensation:


    Approximately 5 on-site hours per week, with flexible scheduling.Virtual participation in ISP and team meetings as needed.Competitive hourly or contractual compensation, commensurate with experience.
