As a Mobile Wound Care Nurse, you’ll deliver advanced wound care directly in patients’ homes—helping them heal, regain independence, and improve their quality of life.

What You’ll Do
Provide advanced wound care therapies, including low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound (MIST)Travel locally to patients’ homes while following strict safety and infection control standardsCollaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure excellent outcomesEducate patients and families on wound care and recoveryComplete accurate, timely documentation in the EMRGrow professionally through ongoing training and advancement opportunitiesWhat we're looking for:
Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practiceSkills & Attributes
Passion for wound care and patient-focused healthcareStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a mobile settingValid driver’s license and reliable transportationCompensation & Pay Structure
Estimated hourly earnings: $25 - $30 per hourBased on 25–50 completed visits per week and 40–45 hours workedActual earnings vary by visit volume, route density, and hours workedPay details:W-2 hourly pay for all hours worked (patient care, charting, and travel time between patients)Points: $25 per point (Points are assigned based on visit complexity and travel burden)Overtime paid per federal and state lawMileage reimbursement for business travel between patient locationsHourly rate is set to meet all applicable state wage requirements and provided in the written offer
