Who this is for This role is designed for a neurologist who wants to build or deepen a neuromuscular-focused practice within a high-demand, referral-driven environment Fellowship-trained neuromuscular neurologists Neurologists with clinical neurophysiology / EMG experience General neurologists who are comfortable managing neuromuscular conditions and interested in expanding that portion of their practice Open to participating in clinical research , even if not pursuing a fully academic career You'll do well here if you want: A neuromuscular-forward case mix with strong EMG volume Flexibility to maintain a complementary mix of headache (including Botox), movement disorders, or general neurology within your comfort zone A pure outpatient model without hospital obligations A subspecialized team , so you're not covering the full breadth of neurology alone This is not a broad general neurology role—your practice will naturally skew toward neuromuscular based on existing demand The Practice 100% outpatient neurology No call, no inpatient responsibilities Collaborative group including neuromuscular, MS, epilepsy, and general neurologists Strong regional referral base built over decades Established infrastructure across EMG, infusion, and research You'll inherit a panel that includes: 32% neuromuscular Headache (including Botox) Movement disorders Dementia and general neurology There is flexibility to shape your panel over time toward your areas of interest and expertise. Procedures, Infusion Care Model EMG: Established in-house volume with consistent demand Infusion: Strong infrastructure, particularly for neuromuscular indications (e.g., IVIG), supported by an experienced specialty pharmacy This model supports: Appropriate use of advanced therapies Strong patient outcomes A sustainable compensation structure without high visit volume pressure Compensation Structure Competitive above-market salary Incentives tied to: Clinical volume Research participation and program development Sign-on and relocation support Residency/fellowship stipend Student-loan repayment Full benefits package: Health, dental, vision Retirement plan w/ 8% match PTO and CME Compensation is transparent and flexible , with the ability to tailor structure based on your clinical focus and goals.
