Core Duties & Responsibilities:
• Understand business objectives, perform cost/benefit analyses, and identify alternative solutions to solve operational problems.
• Analyze user requirements, operational procedures, and system capabilities to automate processing and improve computer systems.
• Conduct JAD sessions, elicit requirements, write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and system specifications.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries and joins to analyze data quality and translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Design dashboards, KPIs, and performance measures to support data-driven decision-making.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple devices, including Macs, iPhones, and iPads. This includes troubleshooting hardware malfunctions, software glitches, and compatibility issues with iOS devices.
Expertise in Enterprise Device Management:
Candidates should possess experience in managing Apple devices within an enterprise environment, including deploying, configuring, and maintaining macOS and iOS devices at scale. This involves expertise in device provisioning, user management, and application deployment strategies tailored for organizational needs using Apple Business Manager.
Knowledge of Apple Device Security Measures:
Candidates should have a deep understanding of Apple device security features and best practices. This includes familiarity with security settings, encryption methods, data protection mechanisms, and strategies for securing devices against unauthorized access, malware, and other threats.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Apple Device Deployment and Management Solutions:
Candidates should have hands-on experience with Apple device deployment and management solutions, particularly Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Azure. This includes proficiency in utilizing Intune and Azure MDM to provision, configure, and manage Apple devices efficiently and securely within a hybrid IT environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Azure MDM Solutions:
Candidates should be familiar with Microsoft Intune and Azure MDM solutions specifically in the context of managing Apple devices. This includes knowledge of Intune's capabilities for device enrollment, policy enforcement, application management, and compliance monitoring across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS platforms.Note: This position’s work will be 60% Apple device support and 40% Windows device support. This position is 100% onsite at the SCC location, 2500 Montopolis Dr, Austin, TX 78741.
