What we’re looking for:
We are seeking an experienced electronic security service technician to join our fast growing and dynamic team.
What you’ll be doing:
This position will have multiple roles ranging from: project oversight in the field, system programming, project activation and commissioning, installation of field devices, and most importantly, servicing of high-end integrated security devices. Some travel may be required, along with after hours service calls.
What you bring to the table:

What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a Field Service Supervisor with strong electronic security experience to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. This position works directly with the Service Manager, Service Coordinators, Service Technicians, and customers to solve complex issues and provide hands-on leadership in the field.
This role serves as a hands-on field leader and primary technical escalation point for service operations and is critical to maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction across the Houston market.
What you’ll be doing:
This position plays a key role in field execution, technician leadership, and service quality, including:
attending customer onsite meetings, assisting with resource scheduling, training entry level resources, onsite technician support, service incident quality control, and most importantly, representing NextGen Security as a valuable point of contact for our valued customers. Local travel may be required for this position.

5-10 years of experience in the field in the security industry
Experience and/or certifications in Lenel, CCURE, Genetec (Access & Video), and Avigilon strongly preferred; advanced certifications a plus
Strong organizational skills.
Superior problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to lead and support technicians in a fast-paced field environment
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong troubleshooting skills across integrated electronic security systems
Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams & Windows Operating Systems.

What we’re looking for:
We are seeking an experienced security systems deployment specialist to join our fast-growing and dynamic team.
What you’ll be doing:
This position will have multiple roles ranging from: technical support for our technical workforce, overseeing large scale deployments with the operations team, onsite customer meetings to address complex customer needs, system programming, and network design. Some local travel to other offices and customer sites may be required.
What you bring to the table:
· Minimum of 7 years of experience with configuring, installing, and maintaining:
Enterprise-Level Access Control Systems.Genetec Omnicastand Honeywell Pro Watch Certifications.Intrusion detection systems (IDS), both fiber and copper based.Enterprise-Level Video Management Systems (IP-based).· Networking and IT knowledge.
· Superior problem solving and communication skills.
· Work independently with minimal supervision.
· Strong organization skills.
· Familiarization with local electronic security codes and industry standards.
·Understanding of basic SQL operations.
· Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, MS Project and other Microsoft products.
Preferred
· Access Control System Vendor Certifications (some advanced certifications as well) in SWH CCure, Lenel, Software House, Genetec, ProWatch, and Avigilon.
· Video Management System Vendor Certifications in Genetec, OnSSI, MaxPro, Avigilon and/or Milestone.
· Intrusion Detection System Vendor Certifications in Bosch, DMP, Senstar and/or FFT.
· Experience in computer operating systems, network design and implementation.
· TWIC Cardholder.
· Individual Private Security License holder.
