What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be the "glue" that holds our job sites and warehouse together. Your day-to-day will involve:
Warehouse Logistics: Organizing materials, taking inventory, and ensuring the team has exactly what they need for the day’s projects.On-Site Support: Assisting our roofing crews with staging materials, site setup, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.Loading & Unloading: Safely handling roofing supplies (shingles, tiles, underlayment) and operating basic equipment.The "Clean Sweep": Ensuring job sites are debris-free at the end of every day—because we leave every home better than we found it.What We’re Looking For
Physical Stamina: You can comfortably lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day in the Hawaii sun.Reliability: You show up on time, every time. The Role
As a Janitorial Cleaner, you are the backbone of our professional image. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our main office and ensuring that completed contracting projects are "move-in ready" for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance: Perform standard cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting restrooms and breakrooms.
Post-Construction Cleanup: Remove dust, debris, and stickers from windows, surfaces, and floors at completed job sites to ensure a polished finish.
Waste Management: Empty trash bins and ensure recyclables are disposed of according to local Oahu guidelines.
Inventory Tracking: Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify management when restocks are needed.
Safety Adherence: Follow all safety protocols, especially when handling cleaning chemicals or working around active construction zones.
What You Bring to the Table
Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work. In the contracting world, timing is everything.
Eye for Detail: You notice the dust in the corners that others might miss.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Island Knowledge: Must have reliable transportation to travel between the main office and various job sites across the island.
Communication: A friendly attitude and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or post-construction cleanup is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
