The ConstructionSuperintendent IIIleads complex trade scopes or multiple crews within a major project, providing direct fieldleadershipto ensure work is executedin accordance withapproved scope, safety requirements, quality standards, and schedule commitments. This role supports self-performanceoperations whilecollaboratingclosely with the Lead Superintendent on jobsitelogistics, resource planning, and sequencing, mentoringjunior field leaders,workforce coordination, and union engagement whileassistingwith advanced planning and execution activities. This position also supports the implementation of field technology, sustainability practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This role will report onsite in New Florence, MO daily. Responsibilities - Leads andcoordinatesassigned trade contractors, self-performed crews, and field activities to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, andin accordance withapproved scope, schedule, and quality requirements - Develops, documents, and communicates detailed work plans for assigned scopes and ensures compliance with approved work plans and field directives - Maintains a thorough understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and coordination requirements to support effective trade-level planning;verifies that all required permits, inspections, and compliance documentation are in place for assigned work areas - Acts as the primary Next 150 safety representative for assigned scopes, enforces applicable safety policies and procedures, and supports a strong safety-first culture in the field - Overseesquality control for assigned trades,conductsinspections, documents findings, andimplementscorrective actions tomaintaincompliance with project and company standards - Leads contractor meetings related to assigned scopes and coordinates activities with field and project leadership - Maintainsaccuratedaily field reports, safety documentation, and production records using Procore and other required systems - Creates and manages trade-level schedules and implements contingency plans tomaintaincommitments and mitigate impacts; communicates schedule status, constraints, and updates to the applicable team - Plans and manages jobsitelogisticsfor assigned scopes, including access, material flow, temporary facilities, and sequencing - Assistsin resolving jurisdictional disputes and field-level conflicts within assigned scopes - Tracks production, labor hours, and productivity metrics, and reports variances to field leadership - Executes self-perform operations for assigned scopes, including workforce planning andquantification of labor, materials, and equipment needs - Assistswith forecasting and cost-of-work projections for assigned scopes - Coachesandmentorsless experienced team members; trains team memberstohelpsupport skill development and consistent execution - Supportsa positiveand inclusive work environment - Supports sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance requirements within assigned scopes - Collaborates with the Lead Superintendent on advanced planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications KEY COMPETENCIES - Communicate Effectively- Listen to understand and clearly convey information in all forms based on the audience to ensure shared meaning of the message. - Act Inclusively- Ensure that actions and behaviors are respectful; show empathy and treat others with dignity.
