Job Description:We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations and company standards. You will collaborate closely with designers, vendors, and clients to bring each project to life.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including planning, scheduling, and on-site executionLiaise with clients to gather event requirements and maintain communication throughout the projectNegotiate with vendors and manage contracts and budgetsDevelop event timelines, floor plans, and production schedulesSupervise setup, execution, and breakdown of eventsEnsure all branding and design elements are properly integratedTroubleshoot issues on-site to ensure smooth event deliveryTrack expenses and generate post-event reportsQualifications
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordinationStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask and manage multiple deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning toolsAvailability to work flexible hours during event periods
