Primary Function
The Loan Officer Assistant position allows someone with the desire to get into the mortgage business an opportunity to do so without any prior experience. They are responsible for supporting a sales team to ensure we retain as many purchase customers as possible. Support comes from assisting in the day to day front end process including communicating with customers, collect documents, analyzing documents and submitting files to our operations team. The position is designed to be a 10-12 month program with the end goal of obtaining their loan officer license by passing SAFE and then being promoted to a producing loan officer.
