We are seeking an experienced case manager to join our Intensive In Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services (IICAPS) team. The Case Manager is responsible for actively engaging and collaborating with clients to reduce barriers to achieving positive outcomes in critical areas of life.

The Crisis Stabilization Clinical Supervisor will lead the Emergency Services and Access clinical team which provides a full range of mobile crisis services in the community which may include home, school, office, or other natural environments, as well as in-office and community intakes into services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

A Crisis Stabilization Clinician plays a pivotal role in providing immediate mental health and crisis intervention services. They ensure timely and effective responses to crisis while promoting safety and well-being in the community.
The Clinician will provide the following services and referrals:
Mobile and In-Office Crisis Response.Crisis management and stabilizationClinical assessmentRisk assessmentContinued engagement and connection to follow up servicesIntake assessments as needed.Essential Duties:
Providing crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals. Responding to crisis calls and emergencies in the community promptly and effectively. Attend assigned in-person meetings.Conducting thorough assessments of individuals in crisis to determine their immediate needs and level of risk. Responsible for conducting comprehensive clinical and risk assessments. Advocating for individuals in crisis to ensure they receive timely and appropriate care. This includes continued engagement and follow-up services. Documenting all assessments, interventions, and referrals accurately and comprehensively.Our mobile crisis per diem rates are as follows:
Evening/Weekdays - $75 if on call, $250 if assessment is needed.
Weekend Daytime - $100 if on call, $275 if assessment is needed.
Weekend Evening - $75 if on call, $250 if assessment is needed.
Holidays - $150 if on call, $300 if assessment is needed.
Requirements:WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU…
Master’s degree in human services field or Licensure as a Registered NurseLicensed at the independent practice level as defined by the Rhode Island Department of Health (LICSW) preferred. LCSW and LMHC will also be considered.Minimum of 2 years of employment experience in community health, crisis stabilization unit, or inpatient psychiatric settings, or like field experience2 or more years of experience working with individuals with trauma and substance abuse issues.Credentialed or eligible to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional through the Department of BHDDH within 2 months of employment. We are seeking a Substance Use Specialist to join our team. Partnering with care teams, this role will coordinate care for our clients. Completes the Intake & Psychosocial Assessments to determine diagnosis including mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
This role will accept individuals who are in the process of obtaining their LCDP with proof of progress toward completion of the licensure.

This position is responsible for conducting intakes, providing some direct clinical services, and serving as both a consultant and peer to our multi-disciplinary team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide initial diagnostic and psychosocial assessments and administer outcome measurement and risk assessment tools.Responsible for some administrative tasks including requesting insurance authorizations.Provide group, individual brief treatment, youth and family therapy as needed.Work side by side with service recipients to create person-centered treatment/recovery plans.Provide clinical consultation and guidance to Bachelor level case management staff as needed.Complete all agency documentation in a timely manner utilizing a collaborative documentation approach.Ability to respond to and provide crisis intervention and clinical risk assessment.Ability to assess the need for higher levels of care including partial hospital, crisis stabilization units and inpatient hospitalization.Serve as a client advocate with appropriate and timely referrals to other agencies; provide consultation and follow-up communication with law enforcement agencies, community agencies, schools, medical facilities, and inpatient units.Actively participate in team communication processes that ensure appropriate services and outcomes.Requirements:WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU…
Master’s degree in human services field or Licensure as a Registered NurseLicensed at the independent practice level as defined by the Rhode Island Department of Health (LICSW) preferred. LCSW and LMHC will also be considered.Minimum of 2 years of employment experience in community health, crisis stabilization unit, or inpatient psychiatric settings, or like field experience2 or more years of experience collaborating with individuals with trauma and substance abuse issues.Credentialed or eligible to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional through the Department of BHDDH within 2 months of employment. Ability to diagnose using DSM 5 criteria.Has a knowledge base and can access all resources for hospitalization and crisis stabilization/hospital diversion.Caring and empathetic, with exceptional communication skills for interaction with a variety of individualsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and in an organized manner.Ability to work with clients who may exhibit unsafe, high-risk behaviors.Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation to travel to work sites throughout the area.APPLY NOW
