Position Summary:
An assembly/cleaning/packaging technician assist the Department Supervisor and the Production Manager to fulfill daily production requirements.
Key Job Responsibilities:

An AdvantaFlex Extrusion Operator utilizes their advanced technical extrusion skill set in order to setup and operate extrusion equipment, fulfill daily production requirements, changeover between extrusion jobs, and troubleshoot extrusion related issues.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Sets up, operates, changes over, and shuts down all extrusion equipment within the department correctly, efficiently, and with no oversight from the AdvantaFlex extrusion supervisor.Uses the production schedule to determine the order in which production jobs are executed.Uses paper based and electronic systems to track finished goods production, raw material consumption, scrap, and production time.Troubleshoots and corrects quality related defects in products.Follows FIFO when using raw materials, records accurate lot information.Follows Good Documentation PracticesUses PPE properly, follows all safety procedures.Follows cleanroom gowning procedures and exhibits good cleanroom behavior.Supports 5S initiativesPosition Summary:
A manufacturing operator utilizes production equipment in a variety of different departments in order to fulfill daily production requirements. This includes machinery used in the production of injection molded parts, extruded parts, assembled parts, and composite tubing.

Daily tasks for Order Pickers include filling customer orders, picking product from warehouse shelves and/or pallet racking, packing product, checking product against pick tickets, orders or other documents for accuracy. Prepare all products for shipping. Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, Taylor Dunn’s and other warehouse equipment. Forklift certification not required but recommended. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing over 50 lbs. Capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting and stooping for duration of work hours. This position will have some travel between the Southampton & Warrington locations. Reliable transportation is required.

· Advanced picking experience: use of computer for respective lot #, Look-Ups and bin maintenance and replenishment
· Advanced packing experience: independent skid creation, fulfilling respective shipping notes respective to packing
· Inventory put-away: use of computer for proper date entry of inventory placement
· Moderate technology use for warehouse: minor use of MS Office Suite, RFID, Data Entry
· Equipment certification: forklift (stand-up)
· Review order/pick ticket amendments for accurate information and special instructions
· Clearly highlight all special instructions and information on pick ticket orders
· Identify bin locations on pick ticket/order
· Accurately retrieve correct material and quantity for order/ticket
· Verify correct product and quantity was pulled for order/ticket
· Complete order documentation including lot numbers, numbers of cartons, and other applicable information
· Box material in preparation for order verification
· Ensure all products and quantities on order/ticket are checked for accuracy by a different order filler or other experienced warehouse personnel
· Complete the packaging of all checked orders/tickets while ensuring packaging stability and protection from damage. Seal the boxes for shipping
· Label all cartons with correct identification and order information
· Safe operation of forklifts, reach trucks, Taylor Dunn’s and other warehouse equipment
· Inventory rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out)
