We are seeking a Licensed Heavy Equipment Residential Operator to become a part of our team! Must have knowledge of Excavation, Bull Dozer, Loader, Skid Steer with attachments. CDL a plus! Knowledge of screening plant a plus! We are looking for a long term commitment, company oriented person, not afraid of overtime if needed.
Must know how to do every aspect of residential excavation including but not limited to:
Loam retention and consolidationDriveway cuts and establishing grades; Proper grading of yard and driveway, retaining walls , loam and seedFoundations including back filling and compaction; Slab PrepPerimeter drains , sump wells, utility trenching and back filling, erosion control, septic installations, storm water management including maintenance.Inspect trucks before and after use; Communicate need for maintenance or repair.Adhere to safety policies and proceduresQualifications:
