    As the Driver, you will be responsible for driving the community bus/ van to and from off campus activities, ensuring the safety of all residents.     Responsibilities

    Performs safety checks on the community van each time after operation.Drives the community van in a safe manner following traffic regulations.Assists residents in getting on and off the bus by ensuring all safety equipment is used correctlyEnsures resident information binder up to date and on the busMaintains the timeliness of assignments and handling of workload.Regulates heating and cooling for passenger comfort.Follows policy guidelines should an accident occur.Contacts back-up drivers, as needed, to ensure a driver is available for all trips scheduled.Takes the community van for repairs and maintenance as needed; picks up and returns to appropriate parking location.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or work equivalency required Valid Driver’s License – must be able to show proofDOT Medical Certificate required (company will provide)Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English languageAbility to work in a team environment.     LPN Position Summary

    Responsibilities of an LPN

The Scheduling Assistant records absences in scheduling software and secures replacements as needed. The Scheduling Assistant must have excellent organization, problem solving, and customer service skills.

    Responsibilities

    Maintains schedule for care team department ensuring vacant shifts are filled to meet staffing requirements.Supports and maintains effective and positive communication and working relations with team members and managers.Communicates clearly and effectively over the phone, in person, and in writing with caregivers and members of the management team.Manages recordkeeping to ensure staffing in accordance with established standards that includes management of call offs and replacements, and attendance.Maintain records related to time off requests, approvals and denials, tardiness, and missed punches in accordance with established procedures.Daily correction of missed caregiver punches/tracking of missed lunches/breaks.Provides care to residents or passes medication per the direction of the Care Team Manager/ALM/BHM or Executive Director.Must be available to be on-call at least every other weekend to take call-offs including after regular business hours. If unable to fill a shift, responsibility includes covering the shift themselves in the community.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or work equivalent required.Caregiver Med Passer experience.Experience in a healthcare environment.     Server Position Summary

    Position Overview:

    As the Environmental Services Manager, you will lead the housekeeping department, ensuring that our community's physical property is in excellent condition. You will oversee systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators, and kitchens while managing projects, budgets, and vendor relationships. You'll also play a key role in fostering a welcoming, engaging environment for our residents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the housekeeping team.Hire, train, and manage staff.Maintain key systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).Oversee repairs and negotiate with vendors.Manage budgets and projects.Ensure timely maintenance and room turnovers.Keep safety logs.Maintain a clean, welcoming environment.Build rapport with residents and provide excellent service.

    Qualifications:

    Associate degree or equivalent training/certification with expertise in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen systemsValid boiler license or willingness to obtain certification within a specific timeframeStrong ability to manage personnel, prioritize projects, and work in a team environmentExperience in senior living, long-term care, or similar health care settings preferredStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsComputer proficiency and ability to work with electronic devicesFlexibility to work weekends and holidays as neededOther duties as assigned
