    Position Overview: As the Environmental Services Director, you will manage and lead a team of maintenance and housekeeping professionals. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, overseeing the upkeep of community systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.), and managing capital projects and budgets. And, equally important, you’ll lead a warm and engaging atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead maintenance and housekeeping teams.Hire, train, and manage staff.Maintain key systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).Oversee repairs and negotiate with vendors.Manage budgets, projects and safety logs.Ensure timely maintenance and room turnovers.Maintain a clean, welcoming environment.Build rapport with residents and provide excellent service.

    Qualifications:

    Associate degree or equivalent training/certification in maintenance-related fieldsStrong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators, and kitchen systemsValid boiler license or willingness to obtain certificationProven ability to manage personnel and prioritize multiple projectsExperience in senior living or healthcare settings (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy for residents and familiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

    The Caregiver Med Passer is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner. This includes administration of medications, documentation of medication administration and resident care while demonstrating New Perspective Senior Living’s Mission and Values in accordance with federal, state and local standards and regulations.     Responsibilities

    Able to sweep, mop, and polish floors; sanitize areas, vacuum carpets; clean restrooms; wash windows and walls; move and arrange furniture and equipment; and pick up outside garbage.Works in cooperation with all other team members of the facility to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for both residents and team members.Stocks common areas, replaces light bulbs, tidies throughout the day, and eliminates trip hazards.Adheres to community's safety program at all times including handling and storage of chemicals and equipment.Understands and carries out oral and written directions.Champions hospitality and delivers excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.Ensures an attractive home environment that fosters engagement, socialization and purposeful living.
