    We are looking for one provider to work full time to help in the clinic. The schedule can be flexible either (4) 10 hour shifts or (5) 8 hour shifts.

    Provider will cover clinic only, no procedures. MUST have heart and some EP knowledge.

    OT will only apply after 40 hours per week
    There should be very minimal overtime.

    No privileges will be needed, just onboarding.
    ACTIVE OR license and OR DEA are required.

    Case mix includes, ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, podiatry, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro).

    Medically supervised, care team model.

    CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main Surgery department; 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center; 2 GI treatment rooms; 1 Bronchoscopy room, and 1 Cath lab. Read Less

    NOTE: I have a September 1 start listed BUT if the provider does not turn in the RFA within 5 days of it being received and the application within 5 days of being received, they may not be able to make this. Ensure you providers understand it could be closer to October if privileging process does not move along smoothly. Clean files will help.

    We will look at CRNA's with less experience, for example if they are new grads with only a year or two of experience. Also if candidates are interested in locums to perm we will consider that as well!

    Can look at two providers to alternate weeks or one working every week (5 days a week). We will look at providers who will work 2 weeks on 2 weeks off as well.

    (Monday-Friday)

    Please make sure to list the following on bids:
    Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours
    OT applies after 40 hours per week

    Opportunity for weekend call, call is negotiable depending on CRNA preference.

    There is no supervision for this position as well.

The Physician Assistant may also facilitate on call responsibilities for his/her supervising physician.
    The Physician Assistants daily responsibilities may vary based upon the department & supervising physician needs and may require evening or weekend work hours.
