About the RoleWe’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and clinically grounded Clinician (Behavioral Health Technician) to join our Clinical team in Peoria. In this role, you’ll provide psychoeducational and supportive behavioral health services to members participating in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), including individuals navigating substance use, post-traumatic stress, post-incarceration syndrome, and co-occurring behavioral health needs. You’ll facilitate group sessions, support individual progress, coordinate with the care team, and help members build a path toward recovery, stability, and meaningful community reintegration.

This position is responsible for everything from administrative tasks to member, employee, physician, and lab support tasks. For adults with recovery and re-entry issues, recovery and success in life depends on good mental and physical health, as well as having satisfying relationships, safe housing, purpose in life, a sense of belonging, and hope for the future. This includes assisting the members on the medical case management side with acquiring and utilizing the skills necessary to become self-sufficient to manage and enjoy their lives.
Your Impact Will Include:
Communicate member needs to clinical team members and provide timely follow-up to support coordinated, high-quality care.Deliver supportive services, including assistance with maintaining, monitoring, and modifying covered medical services, while offering compassionate attention to members and families.Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records by documenting medical histories, vitals, test results, appointments, and all member interactions.Coordinate daily administrative operations such as scheduling, check-in/check-out, medical record management, referrals, and support for primary care and Tele-Med/Tele-Psych appointments.Assist with monitored urinalysis, drug testing, and COVID-related testing for members and employees in accordance with company protocols.Adapt to fluctuating client flow, acuity levels, and operational demands while consistently upholding quality standards.Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations—including HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational policies—and collaborate professionally with leaders, staff, and members.Meet assigned KPIs and actively participate in required clinical supervision and continuing education to maintain BHPP/BHT designation and support ongoing professional growth.Performing additional duties as assigned to support our mission.Where You’ll Work

About the PositionUnder the supervision of the Executive Chef/Sous Chef, the Food Service Coordinator is responsible for the presentation of hot foods, pantry, and bakery items. This position is responsible to maintain high levels of product quality, cleanliness, productivity, and efficient use of New Freedom resources. Additionally, this position is responsible for preparing healthy salad bar options along with packed lunches for members on the go. This position is responsible for daily food rotation, labeling, as well as the cleanliness of the entire kitchen.
Your Impact Will Include:
Prepare and maintain Salad Bar offerings and other food items according to guidelines and standards set by the Executive Chef.Set up and break down food service areas for all mealtimes, ensuring consistency with established schedules and quality expectations.Maintain strict cleaning and sanitation practices throughout the dining hall and kitchen in alignment with New Freedom standards.Follow all County, State, and Federal health and safety regulations while upholding proper food handling procedures and equipment care.Assist with food preparation for daily service and catered events, adjusting production levels based on fluctuating client flow and operational demands.Organize, clean, and maintain kitchen workspaces, equipment, tools, and storage areas; label and store food according to established guidelines.Handle chemicals safely and appropriately in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and organizational protocols.Collaborate professionally and courteously with leadership, staff, and members to support smooth and efficient kitchen operations.Performing additional duties as assigned to support our mission.______________________________________________
