NEW ENGLAND LAND SURVEY INC (NELS) is growing, and were looking for a motivated CAD Technician to join our team. In this role, youll collaborate with experienced surveyors, CAD technicians, and project managers to create high-quality survey drawings that help bring projects to life.

What Youll Do
Create and revise detailed CAD drawings from survey field data and project specificationsCollaborate with surveyors, CAD staff, and project managers to deliver accurate and efficient project resultsPerform quality control reviews to maintain company and industry standardsAssist in preparing survey plans, documents, and client deliverablesUtilize industry-standard software including Carlson Survey Software, AutoCAD, and Civil 3DMaintain organized digital project files and documentationStay current with evolving CAD and surveying technologiesSupport project coordination and planning as neededWhat Were Looking For

Position Details
On-site/In-Office PositionSchedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 4:00 PMTraining is paid at an hourly rate discussed during the interview process. After training, this position transitions to a piecework compensation structure with earning potential of $12$24+ per drawing completed.
