    Position Overview

    The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Production Director and ensuring our luxury projects transition seamlessly from design to completion. This position handles project setup, documentation, preliminary estimating, and critical logistical coordination to keep our fast-paced job sites running efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Setup & Logistics: Coordinate site logistics, material orders, and lead-time tracking to ensure zero downtime on site. Documentation & Permitting: Prepare, submit, and track local building permits and necessary project documentation. Estimating Support: Assist with project estimating, subcontractor outreach, and material takeoffs. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Director, Project Managers, and design teams to keep schedules accurate and stakeholders aligned.

    Requisite Skills & Qualifications

    Organization & Drive: Exceptional organizational skills, strong self-motivation, and strict attention to detail. Communication: Highly professional attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams). Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. References: Strong professional references are required.

    Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

    A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent field is preferred. Ability to interpret architectural and construction documents. Familiarity with project estimating and residential construction materials. Understanding local Boston area permitting processes. Experience with construction-specific software, such as Bluebeam, and scheduling tools (Gantt charts).

    Architectural Assistant Designer

    Job Type: Full-Time | Please note: This is not a remote position.

    Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually

    Role Overview

    The Architectural Assistant Designer will help with the design and development of projects from start-to-finish. This will include:

    Documentation from existing conditions through to completion of construction-level drawings. Preparation of vision boards. Assisting Lead Designers on the selection of fixtures and finishes. Working collaboratively with Designers and production teams to assemble estimated construction costs in the Schematic Design Development and Construction Documentation phases.

    Candidate must be able to switch between several tasks, as the position requires assistance on multiple projects that are in different phases of design.

    Successful applicants must be enthusiastic and passionate about remodeling and must be client oriented. Other requirements include, but are not limited to:

    Required Experience

    Experience: Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Residential Design (2–3 years is preferred). Software Proficiency: Must be experienced/proven proficient in the following: AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp Gather It, Adobe InDesign / Acrobat Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Outlook)

    Other Requirements

    Comfortable taking directions from others. Comfortable working on several projects varying in size and complexity. Ability to work collaboratively with other design and construction professionals. Willingness to learn our Design-Build process. Must be proficient in the English language (speaking, writing, and reading). Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle.

    Great-to-Haves (Pluses):

    A background in the carpentry/building trade is a huge plus. Knowledge of Passive House and/or other building science standards is a plus. Familiarity with 3D scanning practices and workflow is a plus.

    Education

    Degree in Architecture or Construction Management. Accredited Architectural Degree preferred.

    Position Overview

    Project Manager oversees 3–4 concurrent residential remodeling projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role combines hands-on construction expertise with project leadership, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage all phases of residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and internal team members to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and expectations. Schedule, supervise, and hold subcontractors accountable for quality, safety, and productivity. Apply carpentry and construction expertise to solve field challenges and maintain project momentum. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and change orders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and ensure safety compliance. Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to minimize delays or cost overruns. Deliver excellent client experience through clear communication and responsiveness. Maintain organized job sites and accurate project documentation. Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

    Qualifications

    5+ years of residential construction experience, including strong carpentry skills. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Working knowledge of residential building codes, materials, and construction methods. Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and project budgets. Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools. Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written). Ability to meet the physical demands of a construction job site (e.g., walking, climbing, lifting). Strong professional references.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Work Environment
