    POSITION SUMMARY

    Borden Dairy is seeking a safety conscious and reliable professional to join our team as a Route Sales Representative- Schools. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivery and restocking of products to school locations.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Safely load, unload, and deliver products at each account.Drive truck over established route to deliver, stock, and stage product at customer locations.Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays and deliver promotional material to customers.Verify shipment accuracy and salable condition of product.Resolve discrepancies and customer complaints.Collect empty containers, rejected, or unsold merchandise for return.Complete daily inventory, orders, delivery invoices, and proof of delivery as required.Perform Motor Vehicle Inspections on truck to conform to DOT regulations and company policy and assist with routine maintenance on truck.Exhibit courteousness toward customers, work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors, maintain neat appearance, and follow established policies and direction of management.Maintain vehicle and hours of service logs as required by DOT.Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work hours.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Minimum age of 21 years old required.6 months verifiable experience driving Class A or Class B commercial vehicle preferredManual transitions only. No automatic restrictions.Experience in product delivery and customer service preferred

    Other Functions:

    Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data required

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Must be able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bendMust be able to routinely lift over 60 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds with a hand-held hookMust be able to work in hot and cold climates, both indoors and outdoors and on refrigerated trucks.

    Safely load, unload, and deliver products to customer accounts.Drive a commercial vehicle along an established route to deliver, stock, and stage products.Set up merchandise displays and deliver promotional materials to customers.Verify shipment accuracy and ensure products are in salable condition.Address and resolve discrepancies and customer complaints professionally.Collect empty containers, rejected, or unsold merchandise for return.Complete daily inventory, order forms, delivery invoices, and proof of delivery documentation.Conduct Motor Vehicle Inspections in compliance with DOT regulations and company policy; assist with routine truck maintenance.Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor with customers and coworkers.Accurately maintain vehicle and hours-of-service logs as required by DOT.Demonstrate reliable attendance and consistent work hours.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Minimum age of 21 years required.6 months of verifiable experience driving a Class A or Class B commercial vehicle preferred.Manual transmission experience required; no automatic restrictions.Experience in product delivery and customer service preferred.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; capable of performing basic math and accurately recording data.     POSITION SUMMARY
    Borden Dairy is seeking a part-time client-focused and results-driven professional to join our team as a Merchandiser. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for all aspects of merchandising, including stocking, rotating, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and product visibility. This position will cover the Gainesville, Toccoa, and Clayton areas.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Call on assigned accounts to communicate sales promotions and merchandising updates.Execute plan-o-grams, including stocking, fronting, facing, and rotating products.Rearrange shelving, clean refrigerated sections, and restock shelves as needed.Ensure product displays are professional, appealing, and properly signed.Reset displays and report any issues or opportunities related to products or merchandising.Negotiate for additional shelf and promotional space.Conduct store surveys and market analyses to understand customer behavior and optimize product placement.Capture display conditions upon arrival to identify opportunities for sales growth.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.Minimum of 3 years of merchandising experience in the field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to read, write, communicate, and perform required tasks in English.Strong attention to detail and conscientious work ethic.Proven ability to prioritize, self-motivate, and manage time effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, fine hand manipulation, and kneeling.Extensive driving required to service assigned customer base.
