Hybrid Schedule:
This position follows a hybrid schedule of three days per week in our Brooklyn Park clinic and two days per week working remotely.
Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs, to identify client needs and treatment goalsDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staffCollect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to drive clinical decision-making and program adjustmentsCollaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of programmingDeliver parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills across home and community settingsMaintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and insurance requirementsRequirements:Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACBMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldExperience conducting FBAs and developing individualized ABA programs for diverse populationsProficiency in supervising RBTs and behavior technicians in accordance with BACB supervision standardsStrong data analysis skills and experience with ABA data collection platformsExcellent communication and collaboration skills with families and interdisciplinary teamsAbility to work independently and manage a caseload across hybrid, or in-person settingsLicensed as a Behavior Analyst in the State of MinnesotaAbout Us:Neurolink Academy is a dedicated provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services based in Brooklyn Park, MN, committed to empowering individuals with autism and developmental differences to reach their fullest potential.
