    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our small, collaborative team. This is a hands-on position where your work directly impacts our operations and success. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment, working with multiple teams including inventory, purchasing, and hardware integration. Our warehouse is clean, climate-controlled, and organized, providing a safe and efficient space to get work done.

    As a key member of our team, you’ll ensure inventory accuracy, proper order fulfillment, and smooth warehouse operations. Your attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and proactive attitude will help keep our team running efficiently.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.Prepare and ship orders using UPS WorldShip, ODFL, and other freight carriers.Pack distribution orders, assemble small kits, and create skid tags.Perform quality assurance inspections on consumable media and send QA reports.Count monthly inventory and maintain accurate stock records.Conduct general warehouse tasks, including sweeping floors, removing boxes, and keeping the space organized.Operate inventory management systems and maintain detailed records.Collaborate with inventory, purchasing, and other company teams to support operations.Assist with hardware integration and related processes as needed.Load and unload trucks and handle internal inventory transfers.Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized warehouse environment.Perform other duties as assigned.


    Education and Experience:

    Experience with basic hardware integration or technology setups.Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.Forklift certification required.


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Salesforce experience is a plus.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with others.Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new processes or software.


    Work Environment:

    Climate-controlled warehouse (heated and air-conditioned year-round)Clean, organized workspace with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiencyLight to moderate physical activity (lifting, packing, organizing materials)Team-oriented environment with frequent collaboration across departmentsFast-paced at times, especially during incoming shipments and order fulfillment


    Physical Demands:

    Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move heavy items (up to 85 lbs.) throughout the workday.Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and operating warehouse equipment.

    The BI Engineer I is an entry‑to‑mid‑level data professional focused on ingesting, validating, and transforming data within Microsoft Fabric to support reliable, downstream analytics. This role emphasizes building and maintaining robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality and consistency, and implementing foundational data models that enable scalable reporting and automation.

    Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop PySpark Notebooks within Microsoft Fabric.Build, monitor, and support data pipelines and Dataflow Gen2 processes.Write and optimize SQL queries to support data transformations and analytics.Manage environment variables and configuration settings across development environments.Implement and maintain data quality rules, monitoring, and exception handling across bronze, silver, and gold data layers.Maintain documentation of data pipelines, from ingest to gold layer.Prepare semantic models for reporting.Implement role-based access controls and data security models across Lakehouses and semantic models.Collaborate with team members using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub for version control and deployment.Validate data quality/accuracy and assist in troubleshooting data issues.Follow established data engineering standards and best practices.Perform other duties as assigned.Education and Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, business intelligence, or other data-related roles.Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Lakehouses or similar cloud data platforms.Experience with PySpark or Apache Spark concepts.Understanding of CI/CD principles for data or software projects.Experience in SaaS, GovTech, or technology-enabled services organizations.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:High data quality with low reporting error rates.Accurate and timely delivery of reports and dashboards.Reduction in manual effort to generate reporting.Improved data accessibility and transparency across all parts of the business.Skilled with Python and SQL.Understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data modeling).Familiarity with dimensional data modeling concepts.Familiarity with Git-based source control (Azure DevOps or GitHub preferred).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


    Work Environment:

    Office setting with a moderate noise level.The employee will work at an individual workstation, using a telephone and computer.


    Physical Demands:

    Must be able to remain seated for extended periods.Regular use of a computer and other office machinery, such as printers and copy machines.Occasional movement around the office.Frequent communication via telephone.
