    About the Role

    We are seeking a smart, resourceful, and service-oriented Onsite Systems Engineer to provide white-glove technical support for a fast growing HVAC Private Equity client in the Bronx, NY. As the primary onsite resource, you’ll deliver hands-on desktop, network, and infrastructure support while collaborating with Network Doctor’s remote teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This role demands professionalism, agility, and confidence across a wide range of technologies. You don’t need to know everything—but you should know how to find solutions, ask the right questions, and leverage your team effectively.

    You’ll be employed by Network Doctor, a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting hundreds of organizations nationwide, giving you access to a full team of experts so you’re never tackling complex challenges alone. The role requires 4-5 onsite days to different sites within the NYC Metro area, Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm (with an hour lunch).

    Key Responsibilities

    Serve as the onsite technical resource for our Private Equity client in the Bronx, NY.Provide white-glove desktop, network, and infrastructure support for executives and staff.Troubleshoot and administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and user workstationsCollaborate with Network Doctor’s remote teams for escalations, projects, and infrastructure initiatives.Assist with IT projects such as migrations, network design, and disaster recovery implementations.Maintain accurate ticketing, documentation, and asset inventory in ConnectWise.Ensure consistent compliance with IT best practices, standards, and security requirements.

    Required:

    3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience within a professional environment.Experience supporting C-Suite and executive clients in fast-paced environments.Strong in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 cloud environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication, professionalism, and customer service orientation.Strong organizational skills, documenting, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Experience supporting remote access tools, backups, and cloud infrastructure.

    Preferred:

    MSP (Managed Services Provider) background.Experience with the ConnectWise suite for ticketing and remote management.Prior experience supporting high profile clients.Physical ability to lift and move equipment such as servers or computers. Read Less

    About the Role:

    The AI Solutions Architect / Automation Consultant works directly with clients to identify operational inefficiencies and design practical AI and automation solutions that improve workflows, reduce manual work, and create measurable business value.


    This role is approximately 75% client-facing, with the remaining time focused on developing repeatable automation services that can be delivered consistently by our internal teams.


    Success in this role requires a different skill set than traditional MSP engineers. We are looking for someone who combines business consulting ability with strong understanding of modern AI and automation tools, and who can translate operational challenges into practical solutions.


    The candidate should be a motivated individual looking to work in a stimulating, fast-paced and fun atmosphere. Responsibilities will be diverse and often require personal judgment. This position represents the beginning of a new service line within our company, creating significant growth opportunities for the individual who helps build and shape it.


    The team member will work at our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office daily and occasionally travel onsite to our clients when needed.


    Key Responsibilities

    Meet with clients to understand business processes, inefficiencies, and workflow challengesIdentify opportunities to improve operations using AI and automationDesign practical automation and AI-enabled solutions - these should all be INCREMENTAL things that build over time, rather than broad sweeping initiatives. Think implementation within 30-90 days for any solution.Translate business problems into structured project scopes and implementation plans – and get buy in from the clientsPresent recommendations to client leadership in clear, business-focused languageQuantify ROI including time savings, efficiency gains, and cost reductionDevelop repeatable AI and automation services that can scale across our client baseCreate SOWs, documentation, and delivery frameworks for new servicesEvaluate emerging AI tools and automation platforms for practical client use


    Requirements:

    Experience in consulting, solution architecture, or client advisory rolesStrong understanding of business processes and workflow optimizationAbility to identify automation opportunities within organizationsExcellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simplyComfort presenting solutions to business leadership and decision makersStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsOrganized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

    Job Responsibilities:

    Client Management Support (Primary Focus):
