    Title: Supply Planner 1 Location: Beaverton, OR Duration: 6 months contract WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON A typical day/week revolves around facilitating twice monthly delivery planning process and ensure that all materials are planned and purchased on the appropriate timelines. You will be responsible for executing and managing supply commitments through creation of purchase orders (POs) for procurement of finished goods and the management of buy exceptions. You will maintain any changes to POs, including product movement from factory to distribution center. You will review POs for conformance to company policy and may address issues related to delivery. You'll be conducting analysis to proactively identify challenges, at the same time be able to tell a story, driving clarity for your key stakeholders through key business metric (PIFOT-Planned in Full On Time, Coverage, and Unplanned). You will be asked to represent our team on projects and support key initiatives that have an impact to our day-to-day business. You will be proactively driving actions to keep a healthy inventory position in the assigned business. You will leverage multiple reports and dashboards to review key metrics, escalating any issues that will cause unfulfilled demand and/or a delay to the expected timelines. You will report and communicate to Territory/Countries and Geo x-functional teams delivery expectations, risks and opportunities. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will report into the Supply Inventory Planning Territory Manager, working closely with Territory DSM/Ops teams, Geography Consumer Planning and Merch teams, Global Supply Planning, and other partner teams as needed. WHAT YOU BRING Minimum of 1 year of supply/inventory planning, or supply chain experience required Bachelor's degree not required, but highly preferred Excellent written, spoken and visual communication skills.
