We are seeking an experienced IBM SevOne Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise network monitoring, SevOne administration, alert management, and network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and optimizing the SevOne platform, monitoring enterprise network infrastructure, managing integrations, and driving root cause analysis for recurring network issues. Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with IBM SevOne administration and configuration Expertise in SevOne polling policies, threshold groups, alert policies, device groups, discovery profiles, and reporting Strong knowledge of BGP, SNMP, ICMP, and enterprise network monitoring Experience monitoring WAN, campus, and data center infrastructure Experience with PagerDuty and/or ServiceNow integrations Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Experience with alert routing, deduplication, consolidation, and severity management Roles
