Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition ObjectiveNeora, a leading direct sales skincare and wellness company in Addison, TX is seeking a Recognition Program Manager to join its in-house sales & marketing team. The primary responsibility for this position is to create and execute meaningful recognition programs that motivate Neora’s large network of independent brand partners. This is a high-visibility position that will be responsible for extensive coordination across several areas and levels of the organization. Specific Accountabilities/Essential Functions of PositionManage the entire global recognition program and drive the completion of all recognition projects, including all dependent tasks.Proactively come up with ideas to improve Neora’s recognition program to make it more meaningful and effective.Monitor business and competitive environment and take actions to capitalize on opportunities.Coordinate all activities across any departments involved with recognition, including meetings and events, creative services, sales and executive team.Develop tactical programs and promotional efforts to drive sales growth and retention.Manage and execute weekly email and phone calls as necessary to ensure consistent messaging, training and required actions are communicated.Assist in the development and tracking of key metrics and reporting as required to ensure success of the recognition program.Oversee the recognition elements at yearly conferences including on-stage recognition programs, videos, recognition earned perks, etcOccasional travel required. Job QualificationsUndergraduate degree desired, or relevant work experience.Must have a solid professional presence, with exceptional communication skills. This position requires a high level of creativity with a strong attention to detail Candidate must be able to verbally demonstrate possession of applied knowledge of recognition program administration. Minimum 3 years prior program management or recognition experience required.
