Locations: Rocky River • Avon Lake • Amherst • Cleveland • Middleburg Heights
Pay: $12–$15/hr with hourly, bonuses & tips.

What You’ll Do
This is NOT your typical retail job. You’ll be the face of the brand—driving both customer experience and sales performance.
Greet every client with high energy and professionalismEducate customers on tanning, wellness, and skincare benefitsRecommend memberships, upgrades, and products (lotions, packages, spa services)Build relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term membersMaintain a clean, organized, luxury environmentHandle front desk operations (check-ins, booking, payments)
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and confidence talking to customersSales mindset (you enjoy earning commission and hitting goals)Positive attitude, reliable, and coachableAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentRetail, fitness, spa, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
