Job DescriptionJob Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented paralegal with at least 3-5 years’ civil litigation experience to hit the ground running in our boutique law practice. - Stay organized. Work directly with one or two attorneys to balance busy schedules including trial deadlines, case schedule, and communications with clients, court, and opposing counsel.
- Build rapport with clients by listening, projecting calmness, and over communicating important details and deadlines.
- Save yourself time. Create checklists and document procedures that save you and your team time.
- Create a great first impression for the firm when greeting new potential clients over the phone.
- Get new clients up to speed quickly. Run conflict checks and direct new clients to the appropriate person.

- High standards. Expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best.
