Responsibilities:
Market and Rent ApartmentsAttract and educate new tenantsManage your maintenance teamEnsure all repair requests are processed in a timely fashionCommunicate with Residents that are delinquent in rent to make payment plan or send to evictionEnforce property rules and regulationsAnswer phone, emailsSubmit weekly reports on progressQualifications:
