Your Typical Day
Repair, maintenance, and inspection of wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam sprinkler systems
Test and repair of backflows, water flows, and all components of a sprinkler system
Coordinate with third party contractors to ensure repairs are completed on time and on budget
Educate customers and sell products needed to code compliance
Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD
What Will You Bring?
Valid driver’s license – company truck provided from shop to job site
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fire suppression
Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work in high places
High school diploma or GED
Computer skills and knowledge

NELBUD is seeking an organized and hands-on Warehouse & Service Coordinator to support daily operations, scheduling, inventory management, and technician coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping keep field operations running smoothly.
This position works closely with technicians, customers, vendors, and leadership to support service operations, warehouse organization, purchasing, fleet coordination, and day-to-day branch needs.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate daily schedules and service calls for field technicians
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and service needs
• Manage inventory, materials, tools, and equipment for the branch
• Process purchase orders, vendor orders, and receiving documentation
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment tracking
• Assist with fleet coordination, maintenance scheduling, and vehicle records
• Support onboarding, safety documentation, and administrative reporting
• Work closely with management to help improve operational efficiency
• Assist technicians and field teams with operational support as needed
