Our showroom is buzzing, and we're looking for a friendly, detail-loving team player to be the face and voice of that experience — greeting walk-ins, fielding calls, and keeping every customer's journey on track from "just browsing" to "sold."
What You'll Do
Be the first smiling face customers see — welcome walk-ins to the showroom and help them explore flooring and rug options that fit their style and spaceBring a genuine interest in design — you don't need to be a designer, but you should love helping people picture what a room could look likeAnswer the phone with energy and professionalism, and make sure every caller feels taken care ofLog new leads and estimate requests into our system (NetSuite) — quickly and accuratelyWhip up sales estimates and enter Sales Orders once a customer is readyWhat We're Looking For
