Gift Processing and Donor Data Stewardship * Process charitable gifts accurately and efficiently across all giving channels (online, check, credit card, workplace giving, donor‑advised funds, and third‑party platforms). * Maintain high‑quality donor and gift records in the donor database, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity. * Prepare and send donor acknowledgements, receipts, tribute letters, and annual giving statements in accordance with organizational procedures and compliance requirements. * Coordinate with Finance on routine reconciliation, documentation, and reporting, particularly during month‑end and year‑end periods. * Maintain clear documentation and procedures related to gift processing and donor data to support continuity and accountability. Key Skills, Knowledge & Abilities * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive and privileged information with discretion, including compliance with HIPAA and organizational confidentiality policies. * Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track action items, and follow through reliably. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and edit work for accuracy and clarity. * Proficiency with standard business software and databases, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and donor database systems. * Ability to take initiative and work independently when appropriate.
